Quality Check Steps
Raw Material Check
We verify all metals using PMI spectrometry, hardness testing, and mechanical analysis to ensure stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel meet required industrial standards.
Dimension & Surface
We use calipers and CMM tools to confirm key dimensions, flanges, and threads. Visual checks ensure no cracks, rust, or surface defects are present.
Seat Tightness
We test sealing performance using air or water pressure to ensure zero leakage between valve seat and disc, in line with ISO 5208/API 598.
Shell Pressure Testing
We apply high-pressure testing on the valve body to verify its structural integrity and confirm it can safely operate at its rated working pressure.
Torque & Actuator Testing
For electric and pneumatic valves, we simulate real conditions to test opening/closing torque, responsiveness, and ensure smooth actuation without sticking.
